Mr Christopher Chan

Mr Christopher Chan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington, NZ; a Post-Graduate Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK; and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, UK. He is a Registered Real Estate Agent and has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years.

Mr Desmond Tho

Mr Desmond Tho graduated from KDU and holds an Higher Diploma in Hotel and catering Management. Upon graduation, he joined some of the well known Confectionery companies such as King’s Confectionery and The Baker’s Cottage as a Senior Manager. Desmond, has been in the Real Estate industry for 5 years, specialising in Residential and Commercial and dealt with both local and overseas investors. He is currently a Branch Director at Hartamas Real Estate OUG branch as well as a Project Sales Manager.

Mr David Kok​

Mr David Kok was admitted as an advocate & solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1995 after obtaining an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of London in 1992 and the Certificate of Legal Practice in 1994. Mr David Kok has more than 19 years of experience as an advocate and solicitor and is currently a partner at Messrs David Kok and Partners.

  • Specialises in conveyancing matters. Mr David Kok has extensive experience in giving advisory services and handling housing and developmental projects at corporate level and possesses vast experience in conveyancing including advising on and drafting banking documentation, sale and purchase agreements, shareholders agreement, joint venture agreements, tenancy agreements, general agreements concerning land and company matters and debt restructuring (reconstruction and restructuring) etc.
  • Regular speaker on property matters organised by various real estate agencies and bodies, investor groups and other related groups and organisations including for Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) where Mr David Kok is one of the official legal advisor and honorary member to the same.
  • The author of a 650 page law reference book entitled Conveyancing, Law And Practice in Malaysia for the international publisher Commerce Clearing House (CCH a Wolters Kluwer business) and is also the author of the books known as Legal Guide To Conveyancing Practice 1st and 2nd Edition respectively.
  • Interest in giving Legal Advisory services for small medium sized companies during their crucial growth and drafting of contracts concerning company and land matters related thereto.Mr David Kok has also previously served as one of the Chairman of The Disciplinary Committee for the Malaysian Bar Council.

Mr Tan Kian Aun

Kian Aun obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Management & Marketing) from Curtin University of Technology. Prior to his real estate career, Kian Aun was involved in sales and marketing of consumer IT products, pharmaceutical, fast moving consumer goods, air freight and logistics industry with reputable MNCs, involving tasks related to sales force effectiveness, strategic marketing, customer relationship management and key account management.

Kian Aun started his real estate career with CH Williams Talhar & Wong’s (now known as CBRE|WTW) Agency and Transactional Services department managing commercial properties and industrial properties, sale by tender projects, tenancy management and expatriate relocation. He also involves in exclusive marketing assignments such as project marketing of apartments and office buildings.

For the last 3 years, Kian Aun was practicing in the real estate industry in Melbourne with McGrath Estate Agents as a Licenced Estate Agent. He has extensive knowledge and experience with off- the-plan project marketing in Australia as well as the local residential market.

Professionally Kian Aun is also a Registered Estate Agent in Malaysia as well as Victoria, Australia and also the Board of Director of Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA)

Mr Soma Sundram Krishnaswamy

Mr Soma Sundram Krishnaswamy is a Registered Real Estate Agent/ Speaker and a Real Estate Industry Trainer. Leveraging 31 years as a Real Estate personality, Soma has a staggering amount of knowledge and experience in the Real Estate fraternity having consulted and marketed a variety of projects.His professional career started with SK Brothers Realty in 1987 and grew to the rank of General Manager and pioneered project marketing. Over the years, he has marketed over 70 projects for developers ranging from residential, commercial and industrial. Having registered as an Estate Agent in 1997, Soma started Soma Sun Realty. Due to his considerable experience, he was head hunted to join Reapfield Properties as Director of Project Marketing. Soma is now an Associate Director of Property Hub Sdn. Bhd.

He is the Chief Trainer of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) and have trained over 32,000 sales people since 1987. He single handedly wrote the National Negotiators Certification Course (NCC) syllabus for the certification of Real Estate Negotiators. He was a member of the Estate Agents Practices Committee (EAPC) and an Examiner for the Test of Professional Competence (TPC) for the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents (BOVAEA). He has over the years continued working towards setting standards for Real Estate professionals as well as educating Malaysians on real estate.

He is passionate and dynamic in training and for these reasons, he is regarded as the number 1 Real Estate Trainer in the country. Within the community, Soma is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Bukit Kiara Sunrise, Past President and Fellow of the Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) and Past Vice President of Fiabci Malaysia. In acknowledgement of his dedication to the pursuit of excellence and contribution to the Real Estate fraternity, he was awarded the National Real Estate Leadership Award in 2013 by the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents & Real Estate Agent of the year 2015 award by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia
